My adventure began on 6/14/2013 by meeting a Route 66 alumnus at the AmBest Truck Stop and the Woodshed Restaurant in Big Cabin, Oklahoma. Jim Wells traveled the entire route back in '09 with 550 of his fellow Harley Davidson Hog Riders. He stopped at every major city along the way from Chicago to Los Angeles. His advice was to try to see as much as you can on the journey because there is so much to see.
